How To Schedule Your Cammy Alarm

How To Schedule Your Cammy Alarm

Did you know that Cammy has an alarm scheduling feature?

Scheduling is perfect if you want your alarm on every night after you go to bed, or off when a person you know such as your house cleaner arrives at the same time each week. It’s also great for businesses with set open and close times.

Scheduling can work with or without automatic arm / disarm (this is when the alarm turns on and off based on your location) giving you more flexibility and control.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use this exciting scheduling feature. Before we begin, make sure you have the latest version of the Cammy app installed on your phone.

Step 1) Go to the “Alarms” tab within the Cammy app and tap on the schedule bar

Step 2) Tap on the add scheduled time button (the bell icon at the top right of the screen)

Step 3) Schedule your arm / disarm time on the days and times of your choosing

On the Schedule page, you will see a timeline for each day of the week. The default status of your timeline depends on your current alarm state – location armed / always armed / always disarmed, to which they can be clearly differentiated by the colours as displayed on the legend. Tapping on any of those segments on the timeline redirects you to the Edit Arm Time page, as shown below. Select start and end time or all day, morning, day or night.

In this section, you will be able to further refine the time and settings of your alarm schedule – you can set the alarm to arm / disarm during specified periods and to repeat itself if you wish to do so. If you wish to delete the schedule, simply tap on the trash can icon at the top right of the screen. Once you are done setting the schedules, please select OK for the settings to take effect. You will then be redirected to the previous page with a summary of your schedule(s).

The summary of your schedules for any specific days will be displayed. If you wish to clear out all the schedules for a particular day, you can do so by clicking on the CLEAR button.

To sum this up, the timelines will display precisely what your alarm status will be. For example, if your alarm is on auto arm / disarm mode and the schedule is set to arm from 9am to 5pm but you reach home at 4pm, your alarm will still remain armed and you will receive an alert.
